Porter’s Oyster Bar and Yellowtails Sports Bar and Grill were born from a passion to provide patrons with the ultimate dining experience. Proprietors Gregg and Lisa Sherman, successful business entrepreneurs
with over forty years of customer service, bring award winning hospitality to the northwest suburbs. In 2008, together they began a quest to bring the best eating and service establishment to Crystal Lake and to fulfill their dream. The management team was recruited from the regional market and hired to compliment their management style and vision. With over thirty six years in the food and beverage industry, they bring a touch of class to the fine dining program with their poise and knowledge. Our Executive Chef will impress you as he brings his culinary wizardry to Crystal Lake everyday to delight the palates of each and every guest, possessing an undying passion that he delivers through the flavors of his foods and his magnificent presentations.
